Quotations are hereby invited for the Organisational Culture and Employee Engagement Survey Services. Scope: The appointed service providers will be responsible for the following activities: • Develop and conduct an online culturally relevant survey instrument(s) that reflect South African workplace dynamics, including diversity, hierarchy, and the values-based approaches; • Measure the Employee Engagement Index (EEI), providing a quantitative score that reflects overall engagement levels; • Provide tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with POPIA; • Offer actionable recommendations aligned with South African organisational practices and cultural nuances; • Present the organizational report, departmental report, and subunit reports excellently of the outcomes; • Provide recommendations based on outcomes and also aligned with the organisational values; • Provide all outcomes in the stipulated timelines.
