Scope: Language Editing: • Correcting grammar, punctuation, spelling and sentence structure; • Improving clarity, readability and ease of understanding of policies; • Ensuring the writing matches the appropriate tone; • Maintaining consistency and uniformity in terminology, formatting and referencing throughout the document, such as names of departments and client role titles; • Enhancing the written text without changing the intended meaning or style. Formatting Services: • Applying consistent headings, spacing, margins and fonts throughout the document; • Formatting references according to required styles; • Ensuring tables, figures and appendices are correctly labelled and placed; • Adapting the document to meet client standards and requirements.
