Extension of closing date: Expression of Interests are hereby invited for appointment of a service provider for accreditation (RFA) - panel of valuation service providers for a period of three (03) years. Scope: The panel will be required to conduct inspections and valuations on collateral. The valuation report must (at a minimum) clearly confirm/outline the following: (a) Physical existence of the assets; (b) Physical location of the assets; (c) Residential address; (d) Cost price for the assets; (e) Current and projected use of the assets; (f) Physical condition and aging (where applicable) of the assets; (g) Market demand for the assets based on recent sales; (h) Current market value of the assets using the appropriate valuation method (incl. but not limited to comparable recent sales on similar assets, income capitalisation approach); (i) Confirm that the correct farming practices and applicable regulations are adhered to, where possible; (j) Assets quality, and changes in, or volatility of, the local market; (k) Current insurance value of assets; (l) Forced Sale Value/Recovery Value of the assets; (m) Listing of all sources of information used in the analysis; (n) Use and zoning as of evaluation date, and any potentially limiting condition; (o) Potential environmental contamination; (p) Confirmation of physical visit to the assets together with photographic evidence of the asset.
