Re-Advertisement: Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a fundraiser panel comprising of experienced results-driven freelance fundraisers to assist in securing diversified and sustainable funding for strategic programme. The Fundraising Panel aims to: - Mobilise resources for the clients programmes; - Identify and secure multi-year strategic funding; - Build strong relationships with donors, Corporate Social Investment (CSI) partners, development agencies, and international funders; - Support the sustainability of the clients platforms, projects, and training initiatives. Scope of Work: Panel members will: 1. Identify Opportunities: conduct research and mapping of relevant funding prospects; 2. Lead on funding proposal development for priority concepts. This involves drafting a compelling project narrative that translates the work for a donor audience, as well as program activities and outcomes, and a logical framework or theory of change; 3. Donor Engagement: Manage communication and relationship building with potential funders; 4. Partnership Alignment: Ensure proposals align with funders CSR or strategic priorities; 5. Reporting: Maintain donor/funder pipeline and submit monthly progress reports; 6. Strategic Advisory: Provide insight on trends and opportunities in local/international fundraising; 7.
