Quotations are hereby invited for the provision of gearbox repairs on a once-off basis. Scope of work: Gearbox Overhauling: 1. Strip the shafts for the purpose of replacing all seals, 2. Replace all bearings, 3. Replace all seals and gaskets, 4. Replace worn-out input shafts, 5. Replace first gear assembly, 6. Dress all components to be used, 7. Replace keys, fasteners, plugs, and sight glass, 8. Perform crack detection testing (NDT) on casing, shafts, and gears to be re-used, 9. Line bore housing and repair all shaft seal journals, 10. Repair worn input and output shafts, 11. Fill unit with test oil and test run gearbox on test bench rig, verified by client personnel, 12. Blast, prime, and paint gearbox to specifications, 13.
