Proposals are hereby invited for appointment of a contractor for the upgrade/rehabilitation, additions and alterations of the 29° South Building located within TradePort SupportZone 1. This work shall include but not be limited to the following: - The rehabilitation and renewal of existing wall finishes including the external mamoran finish of the building, floor finishes, ceilings, windows, doors, waterproofing of existing roof slabs including additions and alterations to lobbies, foyers, offices, basement and roof level will require phasing of works to be coordinated around existing users including temporary relocation of staff within the building and restriction of access to areas for curing of works. - The structural rehabilitation of the building including concrete, cladding and steel work, landscaping, signage and bespoke furniture. - Upgrade of the HVAC System and additions and alterations to the Lighting and Power Skirting. - Client approved Provisional Sum for specialist subcontractors for Electrical as well as Mechanical Works.
