Digital Platform Development: - Construct the digital platform (web-based or SharePoint/portal/mobile application) in accordance with the approved wireframe; - Integrate all interactive features, including the Policy Builder, Risk Assessment tool, Reporting & Case Management workflows, Survivor Support Hub, and the Measurement & Reporting Dashboard; - Perform comprehensive user-testing with a representative sample of end-users; - Refine the beta platform based on feedback gathered during user-testing. 5. Finalization and Launch: - Finalize and refine the toolkit based on all testing outcomes and stakeholder feedback; - Upload all final content, guides, and resources; - Conduct a capacity-building workshop to train employers and HR managers on the effective use of the toolkit; - Develop and finalize all launch communications and associated materials (including social media, press release and partner messaging); - Provide support for the official launch of the toolkit, which will be strategically aligned with the 16 Days of Activism campaign in November 2025. .
