Quotations are hereby invited for a Service Provider to Develop a Digital Toolkit for Preventing and Responding to Gender-Based Violence and Harassment in the Workplace. Scope of work: 1. Automation of the PSC Maturity Model – Maturity model already developed and to be refined. 2. Inception and Co-Design: - Develop a toolkit architecture and wireframe. 3. Content Development and Adaptation: - Develop communication assets, including toolkit visuals, awareness posters and e-learning modules; - Develop an initial prototype (offline version) for stakeholder review and validation; - Facilitate a formal validation workshop with representatives from the private sector and civil society to secure feedback. 4. Digital Platform Development: - Construct the digital platform (web-based or SharePoint/portal/mobile application) in accordance with the approved wireframe; - Integrate all interactive features, including the Policy Builder, Risk Assessment tool, Reporting & Case Management workflows, Survivor Support Hub, and the Measurement & Reporting Dashboard; - Perform comprehensive user-testing with a representative sample of end-users; - Refine the beta platform based on feedback gathered during user-testing. 5. Finalization and Launch: - Finalize and refine the toolkit based on all testing outcomes and stakeholder feedback; - Upload all final content, guides, and resources; - Conduct a capacity-building workshop to train employers and HR managers on the effective use of the toolkit; - Develop and finalize all launch communications and associated materials (including social media, press release and partner messaging); - Provide support for the official launch of the toolkit, which will be strategically aligned with the 16 Days of Activism campaign in November 2025.
