Suitable and capable service providers are invited to bid for the provision of valuation roll maintenance and management system. Scope of work: • Updating of valuation rolls: Perform the functions of the municipal valuer, preparation of monthly review rolls and supplementary valuations in terms of the MPRA x 18 months; • Updating of valuation roll GIS Cadastral layer: monthly updating of the GIS cadastral layer and maintenance of the property register in alignment with the valuation roll. This must be done in ESRI shape file format x 18 months; • Supplementary valuation roll report: Includes body of evidence to confirm MPRA compliance and full review, objection and appeals processing one roll per annum (all valuations roll in excel and PDF) x 2; • Source and supply monthly deeds office transfer data (ownership and sales data) extracts for the updating of the valuation roll x 18 months; • Valuation Roll Management System (VRMS) x 18 months; • Valuation roll management system training and user support x 18 months.
