Bids are hereby invited for a Culture Survey. The Service provider must be able to conduct the following services: - Design all employee communication – pre survey, during the survey and post the survey; - Create a questionnaire for all employees, subject to the clients approval. Adjust questions as required by the client. Include multiple choice/ranking and free-text options; - Conduct online cultural surveys;. - Where necessary, focus groups may be formed to guide certain employees through the survey and clarify the process;. - Analyze the results and identify gaps; - Refer to past year’s organizational survey results for consideration in terms of progress made; - Submit the report and present findings and recommendations; - Recommend and propose possible interventions and action plans; - Cater for project kick-off and periodic status update meetings; - Present reports and recommendations to the HR Leadership Team, Management Committee Team, Staff and the Board (AA) Committees.
