Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to facilitate the recruitment process of the Director: Corporate Management Vacancy. Scope of work: 1. Compilation of the long list; 2. Arrange dates for shortlisting via Teams and interviews; 3. Compile the shortlist; 4. Reference checking. (Criminal and credit record, verifying of qualifications for all shortlisted candidates); 5. Prepare a screening report; 6. Contact and advise candidates for interviews; 7. including an invitation and programme for panel members and observers; 8. Compile interview questions and score cards based on the required competency areas. (Case-study Competency based evaluation and structured interviews); 9. Draft a final report with recommendations to the Chairperson of the Selection Panel and ensure that the report is compliant to legislation. Adapt reporting, if required; 10. Assist with the submission of the final report to Council; 11. Assist in the drafting of the employment contract; 12. Assist in the submission of the selection report to the MEC within 14 days after the council resolution to appoint; 13. Liaise with the MEC in consultation with the Municipal Manager, Portfolio Committee Chairperson, and the Manager: Human Resources; 14. Provide Human Resources with the appointment documentation; 15. Training of participants; 16. Use of the system for the duration of the session; 17. Travelling and Accommodation. Skills transfer is not necessary. It is specialised psychometric skills.
