Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for the provision of talent management succession planning services for Twelve (12) Months. Scope of work: The detailed scope of work is as follows: - Conduct the talent management planning process; - Assess potential for 64 employees; - Conduct 360-degree surveys for 64 employees; - Integrate data collected based on performance and potential to create individual profiles for 64 employees; - Provide integrated feedback to all employees based on results of potential assessments, 360-degree assessments and internal performance assessments; - Ensure awareness/workshop and implementation of the 9-box grid; - Develop an organisational succession plan; - Develop dashboards for 26 succession positions; - Reporting: Generate an organisational succession report, including employee readiness and areas of development for potential successors; - Development of a coaching framework; - Present succession plan results to Executive Team; - Change Management (briefing, employee communication feedback to employees and HC and guidance on implementation of the succession plan).
