Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for the provision of catering services for the Kinross Gold Mine Commemoration to be held on the 19th of September 2025, Mpumalanga. Scope of work: a) The Caterer must provide and set-up a buffet breakfast and lunch for the principals (80); b) The quality of food prepared must adhere to acceptable food industry standards and must be prepared in a clean and hygienic manner in accordance with all health and safety regulations; c) It is imperative for caterers to have the necessary Health Certificate; d) A site inspection of where the caterers are/will be preparing food will be done; e) The provider/s must provide adequate catering equipment, cutlery and crockery which is of an acceptable standard for the principals catering; f) Breakfast must be set-up and ready on time; g) Lunch must be set-up and ready on time.
