Production & Delivery: • Provide print-ready PDFs and/or other required formats that meet professional publishing standards, • Supply low-resolution PDF versions or other digital file formats for online distribution or electronic review, • Coordinate with the City or third-party vendors when printing or distributing final materials, 5. Collaboration & Availability: • Attend project-related meetings (including plenary sessions) as required by the City, • Be prepared to work under tight deadlines, including after hours, weekends, and public holidays if necessary, • Accommodate short-notice changes and revisions as requested by the client, 6. Ownership & Intellectual Property: • All artwork, designs, and creative outputs produced remain the exclusive property of the client, • Respect and uphold all copyright, branding, and intellectual property guidelines throughout project execution.
