These include (i) environmental and social impact studies; (ii) climate change impact studies for the project; (iii) economic and socioeconomic studies; (iv) updating the master plan for the Port of Bujumbura; (v) studies to improve the resilience of port and road infrastructure to climate change; and (vi) the definition of optimal equipment needs for the operationalization of the Port of Bujumbura.
