Quotations are hereby invited for the cleaning of JoJo tanks - 2025. The purpose of this request is to appoint a service provider and/or service providers who will be cleaning Jojo Tanks and placing ancillary items such as screws on lids and taps within North East and Capital Region Villages. Scope: Step 1 - Emptying the tank: Empty the tank and disconnect the existing connecting fittings. Take a photo of the empty tank, Confirm collection with the technician or community representative on a log sheet. Deliver the collected tank to a cleaning location allocated by RBA team. Step 2 – Cleaning the tank: Clean out all visible dirt and debris on the floors and walls of the Jojo tank. Once cleaned take a photo of the tank, asses the tank for any signs of damage and missing lids. The technician sign off on a log sheet for step 2 of the cleaning. Step 3 - Refilling the tank Deliver the tank back to where it was originally collected. Reconnect the existing connection fittings.
