Proposals are hereby invited for the development of a policy framework and recommendations on the professional regulation of ECD educators and practitioners. The purpose of the work assignment is to develop within the context of the South African Council for Educators Act 31 of 2000, current policies of the South African Council for Educators (SACE) as well as other relevant policies and strategies, and procedures for the professional regulation of ECD educators and practitioners.
