Proposals are hereby invited for provision of a credit management service for the Client on an as and when required basis for a period of three (3) years. Scope: The service provider(s) shall provide Credit Bureau Services to the Client including credit vetting and other counterparty vetting. These reports should include the following: • Statutory information; • Financial information including bank information, judicial information, guarantees that have been issued by third; • Financial statement reporting, scoping exercise for strategic clients/suppliers, holding company information; • International and local industry analysis; • Production information; • News and media reports on companies that can negatively or positively influence decisions; • Competition Commission rulings or cases that have been registered against the entity; • Negative Data (Blacklisting, liquidations, sequestrations and administration etc.); • Geographic Footprint; • Details of the various branches and site location; • Staff Profiles; • An organogram of staff structure and profiles that will support the Client must be provided; • The service provider must ensure availability of back-office support.
