The grass shall be mowed to a height of between 30mm and 50mm and removed; 2. The Contractor shall be responsible for bailing or collection and disposal of all grass cuttings by machines; 3. Grass cutting that are not bailed shall be removed from the site in black bags and disposed of at a licenced disposal site; 4. The finished work shall provide a neat and evenly cut appearance with no isolated tufts of grass left remaining; 5. Protection of existing structures, all existing structures shall be left in the same state found at the beginning of the contract.
