Conduct a detailed inspection, condition assessment of all lightning protection systems: - Grounding systems; - Lightning rods; - Surge protection devices; - Air terminals and down conductors; 2. Conduct a lightning and surge protection risk assessment for all areas; 3. All tests to be done in accordance with IEEE std 80-2000; 4. Provide a detailed report on findings and recommendations; 5. Recommendations to include but not limited to proposed earthing and lighting protection systems in area where no system is in place as well as improvements on the existing systems; 6. The report shall be approved by a competent person. .

Specifications: 11kV Busbar Maintenance: - The service provider must use a soft damp cloth with correct electrical cleaning detergent and a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and any debris, followed by drying the surface completely; - The service provider must use appropriate electrical cleaning agents to remove corrosion without damaging the metal. Where necessary, use wire brushes or sandpaper; - The service provider must test all the condensation heater; - The service provider must retighten and torque all the busbar bolts using a torque wrench to ensure proper tension.
