Conduct a detailed inspection, condition assessment of all lightning protection systems: - Grounding systems; - Lightning rods; - Surge protection devices; - Air terminals and down conductors; 2. Conduct a lightning and surge protection risk assessment for all areas; 3. All tests to be done in accordance with IEEE std 80-2000; 4. Provide a detailed report on findings and recommendations; 5. Recommendations to include but not limited to proposed earthing and lighting protection systems in area where no system is in place as well as improvements on the existing systems; 6.
