Quotations are hereby invited for annual service of patient call system in hospital x 12 as per specifications. Scope: Annual service of patient call system in hospital ward 1 to 10 and M1/F1: • Check up of the working and service all power packs supplying the call system; • Attend to all patient bed and ablution call units; • Neaten up all wiring that may be lose or untidy; • Ensure that the patient call system display panel is working and all LEDs working; • Attend to push button cords at beds are working; • Check up on all power supply plug tops are in a good condition; • Check that the alarms on the display panel are working and volume control works; • Replace any PVC white trunking that may be missing on cabling and end caps. Check for loose components; 3. Check for oil/refrigerant leaks; 4. Check compressor oil level (where applicable); 5. Check for correct refrigerant level; 6. Check that the refrigerant is dry; 7. Check belt drive, pulley alignment correct belt tension or replace as necessary; 8. Check condenser fan and fan motor bearings as applicable; 9. Check all operating controls for correct operation; 10. Check and note compressor suction/discharge pressures where gauges are fitted; 11. Check and note compressor motor amperages; 12. Check DX valve for correct operation. .
