07-01-2025 Re-Advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for annual service of heat pump in the hospital x 8 units. Specifications: 1. Check for undue noise or vibration; 2. Check for loose components; 3. Check for oil/refrigerant leaks; 4. Check compressor oil level (where applicable); 5. Check for correct refrigerant level; 6. Check that the refrigerant is dry; 7. Check belt drive, pulley alignment correct belt tension or replace as necessary; 8. Check condenser fan and fan motor bearings as applicable; 9. Check all operating controls for correct operation; 10. Check and note compressor suction/discharge pressures where gauges are fitted; 11. Check and note compressor motor amperages; 12. Check that belt guard is in place and secure; 13. Clean condenser coil with proprietary coil cleaner (6 months); 14. Bring HP up and check that HP cut-out trips at correct pressure. Reset if necessary. Note setting (annually); 15. Bring LP down and check that LP cut-out trips at correct pressure. Reset if necessary. Note settings (annually); 16. Take oil sample for analysis. (Where applicable) top up or change as required (annually); 17. Remove motor end cover and dean out air ways (annually); 18. Clean out switch board (6 months); 19. Clean plant and plantroom area; 20. Check operation of all switchgear (6 months); 21. Tighten all electrical terminals (annually); 22. Check evaporator, evaporator fans and motors for correct operation; 23. Check DX valve for correct operation. .
