Quotations are hereby invited for the provision of labour for the maintenance of the existing Municipal Telemetry Installations. This contract also involves the upgrading of the existing telemetry equipment at various outstations located within the municipal area and the integration of same onto the existing Adroit SCADA software at the Municipality"s Central Stations as further detailed. The successful Contractor shall ensure that the telemetry system is kept in a 100 % functional and reliable condition at all times. The successful Contractor"s duties shall include for the following: Attend to call-outs, within one working day, when notified by the Municipality in order to attend to / diagnose faults on the system. The maximum response time to a normal work instruction will be twenty four hours (i.e. within one working day) and that for an emergency work instruction will be eight (8) hours after notification by the Municipality.
