Specification: 1. Supply and fit cylinder head including valves, 2. Supply and fit timing chain kit, 3. Supply and fit thermostat, 4. Supply and fit gasket, 5. Supply and fit oil pump, 6. Supply and fit water pump, 7. Supply and fit cylinder head bolts, 8. Lap valves faces, assemble and vacuum test valve, 9. Shim tappets, 10. Supply and fit pistons with piston rings set 0.5mm, 11. Supply and fit main bearings, 12. Rebore block, 13. Shrink fit pistons, 14. Align conrods, 15. Polish crankshaft, 16. Replace universal joints and balance prop shaft, 17. Supply and fit shock absorber x 4, 18. Top up engine oil, gear box oil and coolant, 19. Replace aircon adjusting bolt, alternator adjusting bolt, aircon pulley bearing and steel water pipe on intake manifold, 20. Skim flywheel, 21. Replace gearbox/prop shaft seal, 22. Refit gearbox, 23. Clean and flush radiator, 24. Replace all filters including air filter, 25. Assemble engine (complete), 26. Surface grind block, 27. Supply and fit knock sensor, 28. Supply and fit spark plugs, 29. Supply and fit engine V- belts (3 belts), 30. Supply and fit battery X1 (638), 31. Supply and fit spigot shaft, 32. Supply and fit clutch kit, 33. Supply and kit radiator cap, 34.
