10-04-2024 Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Receiving pan repairs at Transnet Soc Ltd at the Port of Richards bay Scope: - Repair all receiving pans from all the following conveyors over N02 (K01, K03, K04, K06, K10, K13 and K18); - Strip and remove liners from the pan; - Sandblast and paint receiving pan; - Replace liners inside the pan; - Liner specs: 90A shore wear made of BSF156/6 polyurethane 25mm thick; - Drill and put countersunk fasteners on loose liners to secure them; - Liner installation shall be as per OEM recommended method; - Supply and install stainless steel countersunk fasteners for mounting liners; - Supply and install skirting rubber brackets on the trunking of each receiving pan (Brelko skirting rubber); - Fabricate trunking and install trunking for each receiving pan; - Trunking must accommodate actuator mounted brackets and install the actuator properly.
