Predmet aneksa je podaljšanje obdobja za katero je sklenjena pogodba.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Sprememba pogodbe (podaljšanje pogodbenega faznega roka R4 za predajo vmesne faze PZI z vsemi elaborati v recenzijo/revizijo in obdobja, za katero je sklenjena pogodba) je dopustna na podlagi 3. točke prvega odstavka 95. člena ZJN-3, in sicer je sprememba potrebna zaradi okoliščin, ki jih skrben naročnik ni mogel predvideti (potreba po obsežni dopolnitvi DGD in PVO projektne dokumentacije v skladu s podanimi pripombami MNVP, kar je posledično povezano z zamikom izdelave ostale projektne dokumentacije). Sprememba ne spreminja splošne narave javnega naročila, saj predmet pogodbe (Izdelava dokumentacije za pridobitev mnenj in gradbenega dovoljenja (DGD) in projektne dokumentacije za izvedbo (PZI) za izgradnjo 3. in 4. etape nove prometne povezave med avtocesto A2 Ljubljana - Obrežje do priključka Maline) ostaja nespremenjen.
