Naročnik ugotavlja, da je nastopila potreba po spremembi okvirnega sporazuma in sicer na podlagi 3. točke prvega odstavka 95. člena ZJN-3.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Sprememba je potrebna zaradi okoliščin, ki jih skrben naročnik ni mogel predvideti, in sprememba ne spreminja splošne narave javnega naročila. Naročnik dogovorjene artikle potrebuje, zato se stranki pogodbe dogovorita o podaljšanju veljavnosti OS za posamezne vrste blaga navedene v 1. členu aneksa in sicer do zaključka novega javnega razpisa oziroma najdlje do 31.3.2024.
