Sprememba je potrebna zaradi okoliščin, ki jih skrben naročnik ni mogel predvideti, in sprememba ne spreminja splošne narave javnega naročila. Naročnik dogovorjene artikle
potrebuje, zato se stranki pogodbe dogovorita o podaljšanju veljavnosti OS za posamezne vrste blaga navedene v 1. členu aneksa in sicer do zaključka novega javnega razpisa
oziroma najdlje do 31.3.2024.
