Predmet tega aneksa je izvedba dodatnih storitev, zaradi dodatnih potreb, ki so se pojavile v fazi izvedbe pogodbe in sicer izvedba antikorozijske zaščite prečnih nosilcev in diagonalnih nosilcev zgoraj ter kabine vključno s konstrukcijo mačka na podlagi ponudbe za dodatno naročilo št. 91/10-2023 z dne 25. 10. 2023 s končno vrednostjo ponudbe 17.802,56 brez DDV.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Potreba po dodatnih delih se je ugotovila šele v fazi izvedbe pogodbe in sicer izvedba antikorozijske zaščite prečnih nosilcev in diagonalnih nosilcev zgoraj ter kabine vključno s konstrukcijo mačka na podlagi ponudbe za dodatno naročilo št. 91/10-2023 z dne 25. 10. 2023 s končno vrednostjo ponudbe 17.802,56 brez DDV. Zaradi izvedbe dodatnih storitev se podaljša rok izvedbe, določen v prvem odstavku 10. člena pogodbe, za 17 koledarskih dni. za izvedbo dodatnih del so izpolnjeni pogoji za sklenitev aneksa k pogodbi po 2. točki prvega odstavka 95. člena ZJN-3.
