Zaradi izvajanja storitev, ki jih že izvaja obstoječi izvajalec in vsebine storitev, kot je utemeljeno v dokumentu naročnika št. 45000-25/2022-117, storitev, ki so predmet tega aneksa ne more izvajati drug izvajalec in je hkrati tehnično in ekonomsko utemeljeno, da jih izvede obstoječi izvajalec.
