Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Sprememba osnovne pogodbe je nujna zaradi nepredvidenega skrajšanja časa za izvedbo storitev, ki so predmet tega javnega naročila, in ugotovitve, da oprema izvajalca ne omogoča izvedbe izredno specifičnega in zahtevnega inspekcijskega pregleda, česar ni bilo mogoče ugotoviti pred samim izvajanjem storitev v objektu.
