VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Med izdelavo projektne dokumentacije, ki je bila naročena v sklopu osnovne pogodbe, se je ugotovilo, da je za zagotovitev skladnosti s standardom SIST EN 50518 potrebno izvesti dodatna dela, in sicer izdelavo projektne dokumentacije za renovacijo Vhodne zgradbe (DGD, PZI in PID).

Med montažo opreme v SER je bilo ogotovljeno, da je za pritrditev spuščenega stropa potrebno na omare namestiti dodatne razširitve.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Gre za razširjen obseg del, ki so enake narave kot predmet osnovne pogodbe, oz. za razširitev že naročenih projektov. Iskanje novega izvajalca bi lahko negativno vplivalo na časovnico izvedbe projekta, katerega predčasno dokončanje je zanje ključnega pomena (upravna zahteva za izvedbo certifikacije centra skladno s SIST EN 50518).

Dodatno razširitev lahko na omare namesti samo originalni dobavitelj, ker bo ugotovi produkt zaključena celota.
