Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Posamezni naročnik izvajalcu v ustreznem roku ni priskrbel potrebnih podatkov, ki so osnova za izdelavo dokumentacije DZR in PZI. Zaradi zakasnitve prejema potrebnih dokumentov, se na predlog izvajalca ustrezno prilagodi izvedbeni rok. Zaradi zgoraj navedenih spremenjenih okoliščn, se rok za izvedbo del po pogodbi prilagodi:
1. faza DZR 31.12.2023
2. faza PZI 31.12.2023
3. faza NOV - 15 koledarskih dni pred začetkom izvajanja SAT za vsak transformator
4. faza PID-30 koledarskih dni po uspešno zaključenem SAT za vsak transformator
