Predmet naročila je projektiranje in izvedba vseh potrebnih gradbenih in obrtniško - inštalacijskih del (GOI) za izgradnjo vseh ukrepov 2. faze projekta »Protipoplavna ureditev porečja Selške Sore« s pritoki, ki zajemajo:

1. Območje pregrade:

- Pregrada suhega zadrževalnika Pod Sušo;

- Objekti in naprave na pregradi suhega zadrževalnika Pod Sušo;

- Deviacije cest;

- premostitve;

- prestavitev znamenja svetih Treh kraljev;

- rušitve.

2. Območje suhega zadrževalnika:

- zadrževalnik proda 3x;

- pragovi;

- ureditev struge;

- rekonstrukcija ceste;

- rušitve.

3. Upravljanje suhega zadrževalnika (daljinsko upravljanje, lokalno upravljanje, signalizacija),

4. Ukrepi na javni gospodarski infrastrukturi:

- elektroenergetski vodi;

- telekomunikacijski vodi;

- odvodnjavanje.

je podlaga za sklenitev predmetnega aneksa 3. točka prvega odstavka 95. člena Zakona o javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 91/15, 14/18, 121/21, 10/22, 74/22 - odl. US in 100/22 - ZNUZSZS).
