II.2.4)Description of the procurement at the time of conclusion of the contract:

redmet javnega naročila je izdelava sprememb in dopolnitev Občinskega prostorskega načrta Občine Podčetrtek (v nadaljevanju SD OPN 2), ki obsega območje celotne občine Podčetrtek. SD OPN 2 obsegajo izdelavo tekstualnega in grafičnega dela OPN in strokovnih podlag.

SD OPN 2 se izvedejo v strateškem in izvedbenem delu akta, v obsegu kot se bo izkazalo za potrebno po izdelavi oz. dopolnitvi študij in strokovnih podlag, analiz, preučitvi pobud, splošnih in posebnih smernic nosilcev urejanja prostora (v nadaljevanju: NUP), ter ob smiselnem upoštevanju ZureP-3 in drugih predpisov. Dokumentacija se izdela tudi ob upoštevanju novih uradnih podatkov in evidenc ter uradnih aktov in predpisov, ki vplivajo na spremembo vsebin OPN.

Pogodbeni stranki ugotavljata, da se je zaradi potrebe po izvedbi OPP v samostojnem postopku sprejemanja po 305. členu ZureP-3, tekom izvedbe javnega naročila pojavila potreba za več dela, ki so bila vključena v prvotno javno naročilo in jih naročnik ni mogel predvideti ter bili soglasni, da jih izvede izvajalec, ki že izvaja javno naročilo.
