Aneks 1 za podaljšanje pogodbenega roka

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

irekcija Republike Slovenije za infrastrukturo (v nadaljevanju: naročnik) je dne 2. 1 O. 2023 prejela vlogo za podaljšanje roka za oddajo projektne dokumentacijo v recenzijo oziroma v revizijo.

S ciljem optimizacije projekta na območju krožišča K1 se naročnik strinja s podaljšanjem roka predaje dokumentacije do 10. 11. 2023.

Naročnik bo za navedeno spremembo pogodbenega določila pripravil aneks, s katerim bo podaljšal tudi končni rok za predajo dokumentacije po reviziji.
