Sprememba okvirnega sporazuma med njegovo veljavnostjo skladno z 3. točko prvega odstavka 95. člena ZJN-3. Veljavnost okvirnega sporazuma se podaljša do 31.12.2023.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Sprememba je potrebna zaradi okoliščin, ki jih skrben naročnik ni mogel predvideti, in sprememba ne spreminja splošne narave javnega naročila. Stranki aneksa ugotavljata, da je na področju, s katerimi je urejena dobava artiklov iz dogovorjenega sklopa, nastopila potreba po podaljšanju veljavnosti okvirnega sporazuma. Naročnik dogovorjene artikle sukcesivno potrebuje, zato se stranki okvirnega sporazuma dogovorita o podaljšanju veljavnosti okvirnega sporazuma.
