Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Po sklenitvi osnovne pogodbe in aneksov za zamenjavo strojne in posodobitev programske opreme sistema za vodenje elektroenergetskega sistema Slovenije(SVEES) je prišlo do zamude del na projektu, ki jih je mogoče pripisati obema strankama. Iz tega razloga je prišlo do podaljšanja rokov, saj je izvedba del nujna za realizacijo predmeta po osnovni pogodbi.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Zaradi zgoraj navedenih dejstev okoliščin, ki jih skrben naročnik ni mogel predvideti, spremembe pa ne spreminjajo splošne narave naročila, je potrebno skleniti aneks za podaljšanje vmesnega pogodbenega roka in končnega na podlagi 3. točke 1. odstavka 95. člena ZJN-3.
