         Predmet javnega naročila je izvajanje prevozov šolskih otrok v občini Žiri skladno z določenim v dokumentaciji v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila. Storitve, ki so predmet javnega naročila se oddajajo za obdobje štirih šolskih let, predvidoma od 1. 9. 2023 do 31. 8. 2027, z izjemo sklopov 4 in 5, kjer se javno naročilo oddaja za obdobje enega šolskega leta (2023/2024), pri čemer je predvidena možnost podaljšanja za dodatna tri leta, v kolikor se tako odloči naročnik. V tem primeru bosta pogodbeni stranki skladno z določbo prve točke prvega odstavka 95. člena ZJN-3 sklenili dodatek k osnovni pogodbi, s katerim bosta podaljšali veljavnost pogodbe za nadaljnje obdobje treh šolskih let.
