Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Pogodbeni stranki ugotavljata, da je projektant, izvedel in predal vse pogodbene obveznosti, do dne 2.3.2023, razen (v) točke, 3. člena dodatka št. 1. Te točke projektant ne
more izvesti v celoti, ker v prostorskem aktu ni ustreznih podlag, ki bi omogočale ureditev vstopno izstopnega mesta. Pogodbeni stranki se dogovorita, da se projektantu prizna
izdelava 90% dela vseh del, ki so vezane na točko (v). S tem je projektant zaključil vsa dela po osnovni pogodbi.
