Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Naročnik je naknadno ugotovil, da so potrebne dodatne storitve izvajalcev, ki v pogodbo niso bile vključene, in sicer je potrebno v delokrog trenutne varnostne službe integrirati
dodatna delovna mesta, pri čemer izvajanje takih storitev s strani morebitnih drugih ponudnikov na trgu ni mogoče zaradi nujnosti po nemoteni medsebojni komunikaciji,
organiziranosti ter prepletenosti dodatnih delovnih mest z že obstoječimi, prav tako pa tudi iz razloga vprašanj razmejitev odgovornosti med dosedanjim izvajalcem in morebitnim
novim izvajalcem ter prevzemom tveganja v zvezi s tem, nenazadnje pa tudi v izogib dodatnim nevšečnostim in znatnemu podvajanju stroškov na strani naročnika. Navedena utmeljitev
razlogov , vključno z obsegom nevšečnosti in podvajanjem stroškov, predstavljajo utemeljitev razlogov za spremembo pogodbe skladno s šestim odstavkom 95. člena ZJN-3.
