Delna dobava posameznih sklopov opreme pred dogovorjenim rokom. Z Aneksom št. 1 se naročnik in izvajalec dogovorita o načinu delne dobave opreme in plačilu za to opremo.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Dobavitelji računalniške opreme so preko izvajalca naročnika obvestili o možnosti delne dobave posameznih sklopov opreme, tj. pred dogovorjenim rokom iz osnovne pogodbe, in sicer v drugem tednu meseca junija 2023. Dobavljena oprema se lahko ločeno implementira v naročnikovo okolje in je kot taka predana v uporabo pred dogovorjenim rokom iz osnovne pogodbe. Uporaba storitev eZdravja se eksponentno povečuje, zato naročnik nujno potrebuje novo sistemsko IKT infrastrukturo čim prej.
