Aneks 1 za podaljšanje pogodbenega roka

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Ob uvedbi v delo, dne 24. 11. 2022, projektant ni prejel geodetskega načrta, ker do takrat še ni bil končan. Kljub temu je projektant začel z delom in delal pogodbena dela za katera geodetski načrt ni nujno potreben. Projektantu je bil geodetski načrt predan 27. 2. 2023, kar predstavlja 95 dni od uvedbe v delo.

Zaradi navedenih razlogov je podaljšanje pogodbenega roka izdelave projektne dokumentacije pred recenzijo do 25. 9. 2023 upravičeno.
