Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Zamenjava izvajalca ni mogoča iz ekonomskih in tehničnih razlogov, prav tako pa bi zamenjava izvajalca naročniku povzročila velike nevšečnosti in znatno podvajanje stroškov, saj gre za dela, ki so vezana na aktivnosti, ki se že izvajajo, pri čemer bi v primeru izbire drugega izvajalca prišlo do podvajanja stroškov in predvsem navzkrižnega sklicevanja pri uveljavljanju garancij in zavarovanj, kar je za naročnika glede na vrsto del nesprejemljivo
