IMPLEMENTATION OF SOFTWARE FOR CALCULATIONS OF NEUTRON-PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF REACTOR CORES AND NUCLEAR FUELS AND SUPPORT

Description: The tender subject matter is implementation of software for complex calculations and assessment of neutron-physical characteristics of reactor core loads for nuclear fuels from various suppliers and support.  the software must allow the creation of models and libraries for currently used nuclear fuels and for nuclear fuels from alternative nuclear fuel suppliers, the design of reactor core loadings and the calculation of neutron-physical characteristics,  the software must be specifically tailored for VVER-440 reactors to allow calculations for EBO and EMO reactors,  the software can be composed of several modules that communicate with each other or the outputs from one module are converted into inputs for another module without any additional intervention of the software user,  the software as a whole must provide the capability for stand-alone nuclear fuel modelling by users of the software for VVER-440 reactors, the creation of libraries for all necessary fuels, the design of reactor core loadings and neutron-physical parameter calculations,  the software vendor must be independent of the nuclear fuel suppliers so that situations do not arise where nuclear fuel data from different nuclear fuel suppliers cannot be shared with the software vendor. The scope of performance is:  Software delivery  Installation of software by the supplier and support for local infrastructure setup.  Software testing by the vendor after the software is installed, delivery of test cases for software testing by software users and support in launching and evaluating test cases, if required by the customer.  Installation and administration documentation delivery.  User documentation delivery.  The report stating of the computational uncertainties of delivered system.  Training of end users and their certification by the supplier.  Graphical User Interface (GUI) for creating a core shuffling.  Tool for generating the NFCH, Core Design Project and NFCH for physical and energetical start-up test reports.  Assistance provided by the supplier to end users during implementation and testing of calculations for individual SE nuclear units  Final Validation and Acceptance report  Production License key (if needed)  Technical support, software maintenance, resolving inconsistencies in calculations, software updates. The scope of supply shall be complete, with all equipment and accessories necessary for safe and reliable operation and shall include, but not be limited to, the goods, works and services specified in the technical specification. The software shall meet the information systems and network requirements specified in the Technical Specification as well as the cyber security requirements. It must be installed on SE-owned HW assets. Detailed specification of the tender, including technical specifications, constituting the annex of these Tender Documents - “Technical Specifications”.
