1. The Republic of Serbia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Early Childhood Education and Care Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for civil works.

2. The Central Fiduciary Unit of the Ministry of Finance now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

- Construction of Preschool facility in Petrovac na Mlavi, ref. no. SER-ECEC-8693YF-NCB-W-22-83

Bidders wishing to offer discounts could do so provided that the discounts are included in the Letter of Bid or submitted in writing before the deadline for bid submission, in accordance with the provision of ITB 14.6.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated

January 2011 (revised July 2014) (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Central Fiduciary Unit (CFU), from Ms. Tamara Travar, tamara.travar@mfin.gov.rs, and inspect the bidding documents during hours 09:00 to 15:00 at the address given below.

5. A complete set of bidding documents in Serbian or English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the email address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of RSD 5,000.00 for domestic Bidders or a nonrefundable fee of EUR 43,00 for foreign Bidders.
