ASSIGNMENT TITLE: TENDER DOCUMENT FOR PROVISION OF EXTENDED DETECTION AND RESPONSE (XDR)

The Development Bank of Rwanda wishes to invite all interested and qualified bidders to submit their best proposals for the supply and installation of Extended Detection and Response (XDR) according to the Terms of References detailed in the tender document. The participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field and registered in the Rwanda Development Board (RDB).

The Tender document in English may be obtained from procurement office from Tuesday, 23/08/ 2024 during office hours (8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Local time) upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000 Frw) deposited on the account Nº 4414310784 of BRD opened in BPR Bank Rwanda Plc.

Well bound and sealed bids presented in 3 hard copies, one of them marked “Original” and 2 hard copies marked "Copy" of the bids. The Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days and should be submitted in BRD procurement office at the address BRD HQ, PO BOX 1341, Kigali Rwanda, not later than 07/08/2024, at 10:00am local time. Soft copies well protected with password should be submitted on the following email procurement@brd.rw, brd@brd.rw.

The bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the opening session in the BRD meeting room. Please note that the bids will be put in an envelope indicating the name, the address of the prospective bidder and title of the tender which will be marked as follows:
