EXECUTIE A LUCRARILOR LA OBIECTIVUL DE INVESTIȚII: „REABILITARE, MODERNIZARE ȘI EXTINDERE AMBULATORIU CU ÎNGLOBARE CLĂDIRE C8 (PROPUSĂ PENTRU SCHIMB DE DESTINAȚIE DIN MAGAZIE ÎN AMBULATORIU) ȘI AMENAJARE INCINTĂ, COD SMIS 123942 „(privind constructia obiectivului de investitie, organizare de santier, reabilitare si bransare retea apa-canal si cheltuieli pentru achizitionarea utilajelor)

Obiectivul de investiţie trebuie realizat pentru cresterea calitatii serviciilor medicale in Orasul ABRUD.

Valoarea estimata a contractului de lucrari:

Capitolul 2 – Cheltuieli pentru Asigurarea Utilitatilor necesare obiectivului de investitii : 0 lei

Capitolul 4 – Cheltuieli pentru investiti de baza

Linia de deviz 4.1. Constructii si instalatii: 5.702.286,39 lei

Linia de deviz 4.2 Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice si functionale: 76.255,22 lei

Linia de deviz 4.3. Utilaje tehnice si functionale care necesita montaj: 748.019,00 lei

Linia de deviz 5.1.1. Lucrari de constructii si instalatii aferente organizarii de santier: 58.256,00 lei

Notă: În calculul valorii estimate nu au fost incluse dotarile , nici cheltuieli diverse și neprevăzute, conf. liniei de deviz 5.3 in cuantum de 53.525,00 lei(fara tva).

- modificari in conformitate cu art.221, lit c) din Legea 98/2016- privind achizitiile publice pusa in aplicare in conformitate cu prevederilor OG.64/2022 privind ajustarea prețurilor și a valorii devizelor generale în cadrul proiectelor finanțate din fonduri externe nerambursabile.

Modificari anterioare: - ajustare pret contract in conformitate cu prevederile OG15/2021, coroborate cu cele ale Ordinului 1336/2021

modificari in conformitate cu prevederile art. 221, lit.f, din Legea 98/2016, privind lucrari suplimentare in cuantum de 301.848,31 lei fara TVA.

-modificari in conformitate cu art.221 , lit.c) din Legea 98/2016, coroborate cu prevederileart.9, alin(4) din OG64/2022 privind suplimentarea rezervei de implementare cu 15%.
