        Acordul-cadru are ca obiect revizia şi reparația unui nr. de 118 autospeciale din parcul auto al I.S.U.J. Prahova structurat pe 13 loturi după cum urmează:

        Obiectul acordului cadru a fost divizat pe loturi pentru a adapta dimensiunea contractelor individuale rezultate, astfel încât să corespundă mai bine nevoilor autorității contractante, precum și capacității operatorilor economici. În acest sens se vor încheia acorduri cadru, pentru fiecare lot în parte.

        În derularea contractului se va avea în vedere faptul că orice serviciu de reparație / revizie autovehicule va fi achiziționat doar în baza unui contractant subsecvent, semnat de către reprezentanții legali ai parților, numai în limita fondurilor alocate pentru anul bugetar.

        În situația în care după atribuirea acordului cadru, fondurile alocate pentru anul bugetar sunt sub pragurile estimate, autoritatea contractantă nu-și asumă obligația de a executa serviciile de reparație și revizie autovehicule la valoarea minimă sau maximă prezentate în caietul de sarcini.

        Acordul-cadru, ca modalitate specială de atribuire a unui contract de achiziție publică, conține cantități estimate, pe care autoritatea contractantă apreciază a le va achizitiona ulterior, cantități care apar la nivelul documentației de atribuire a respectivului acord cadru, autoritatea contractantă având obligația, ulterior, la momentul încheierii contractelor subsecvente, de a stabili cantitățile fixe ce vor fi achiziționate în cadrul respectivului contract subsecvent.

        Serviciile și produsele aferente executării serviciilor de reparație / revizie autovehicule ce se vor achiziționa trebuie să îndeplinească în totalitate cerințele minime ale specificațiilor tehnice, așa cum sunt prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini.

        Plata se va face prin OP în termen de maxim 45 de zile calendaristice de la data înregistrării acesteia în conformitate cu prevederile art. 7 alin. (1) din Legea 72/2013 actualizată.

        Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturii este de 18 zile.

        Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau informațiilor suplimentare în a 12-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.

        Note :

        Autovehiculele aflate în perioada de garanţie vor fi deservite în reţeaua de service autorizată a producătorului auto, pentru lucrările incluse în contractele de garanţie valabile. Autoritatea contractanta se va ocupa de prezenţa şi efectuarea lucrărilor în perioada de garanţie a autovehiculelor. Pentru lucrările/serviciile ce nu fac obiectul contractelor de garanţie ofertantul va efectua reparaţiile în atelierele proprii. În urma atribuirii ofertei câştigătoare vor fi puse la dispoziţie contractele de garanţie.
