        Autoritatea contractanta va încheia acorduri cadru pentru alimente pe o perioada de:

        4 luni cartofi vară, varză vară;

        12 luni pentru brânza topită, cremwurști, carcasă porc semidegresată, slănină;

        respectiv 13 luni pentru biscuiți, pastă tomate, ulei floarea soarelui, clab roșii bulion, zahăr, brânză telemea, brânză proaspătă de vaci, iaurt, pâine semialbă, cimbru, foi de dafin, piper măcinat, boia dulce, mere, ouă de găină, lapte praf, delikat (ameliorator), ceapă, morcov, telină, păstârnac, usturoi, fursecuri, cozonac, pate de ficat, începând cu anul 2023 până la 31.mai.2024., cu un singur operator economic, iar contractele subsecvente (minim 2 - maxim 4) vor fi încheiate în funcție de necesitate și de creditele bugetare alocate.

        Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 zile

        Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 11 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
